To reserve your spot at Antonin Scalia Law School, submit your seat deposits in accordance with the information below.  Failure to pay seat deposits by the proper deadlines will result in the forfeiture of your seat in the incoming class.  All seat deposits are non-refundable.

Incoming First Year JD Students who are Scalia Law Scholars or Early Decision Admits: You are responsible for submitting one seat deposit of $250 within two weeks of your acceptance notification.

Please review your acceptance email to confirm your seat deposit amount as deposits are non-refundable.

If admitted before March 1, 2026

First Seat Deposit:

Due: April 8, 2026 by 11:59 pm ET
Amount: $500

If admitted after March 1, 2026, but before March 30, 2026

First Seat Deposit:

Due: April 20, 2026 by 11:59 pm ET
Amount: $500

If admitted after March 30, 2026

First Seat Deposit:

Due: May 6, 2026 by 11:59 pm ET
Amount: $500

Second Seat Deposit or Commitment Form (in lieu of second seat deposit): 

Due: June 1, 2026 by 11:59 pm ET
